What we source
We source fabricated steel and aluminium parts, pressed and stamped metal components, CNC-machined parts, cast metal hardware, structural steel elements, and precision metal assemblies. Turkey is a major producer of steel products and engineering components, while Bosnia and Serbia have strong traditions in metal fabrication for European industry.
EU compliance and technical documentation
- Material certificates (EN 10204): Mill test certificates confirming material composition and mechanical properties, required for structural and engineering applications.
- CE marking: Required for construction products, pressure equipment, machinery components, and other regulated product categories. We verify manufacturer qualification and arrange the technical documentation file.
- RoHS compliance: For electronic and electrical equipment components, we obtain compliance declarations confirming restricted substance limits are met.
- Drawing and specification control: We manage technical drawing transmission to manufacturers and verify conformance before shipment.
Balkan and Turkish metalworking: why it works for Benelux buyers
The Balkan metalworking industry has supplied European automotive, construction, and engineering sectors for decades. Quality standards are verifiable and familiar to EU buyers. Lead times from Bosnia or Serbia to the Netherlands run 5 to 7 days by road. Turkey's large steel production base means competitive pricing on standard sections and structural steel, with the added benefit of EU customs union status reducing administrative burden.
